Gary Martin is President and owner of GM Roofing and Maintenance, Inc. For the past 30 years he has had high goals for his company. He has prided himself on wanting to be known as the best roofing company in San Diego County. With this goal he has gained knowledge in many facets of the roofing business.

GM Roofing first started in custom home roof installation, then progressed from there and got into doing Federal and State work. In the late 1980's he added a waterproof decking company. In 1992, was focused more on maintenance and repair with commercial, industrial, and residential. In addition to this, the company also specializes in roofing inspections. Gary Martin himself does these inspections for realtors, buyers, sellers, general contractors, or anyone that needs to know about their roof.

Each facet of this roofing business has given Mr. Martin a broader knowledge of roofing and a keen instinct of how to achieve a more perfect watertight roofing system. Mr. Martin is often called by others in the business to ask his professional opinion, especially when there is a tricky roof leak that others have not been able to detect the cause of, or the solution to repair it.

GM Roofing employees have been trained with the same high work ethic of "doing it right according to code." They too are knowledgeable and handle themselves in a professional manner with clients.
