Arlene oversees the day-to-day operations of the association, manages the WSRCA Staff, maintains WSRCA records and financial accounts, and generally acts as the liason between the Board and the Membership. Arlene also is the administrator / trustee of the Davis Memorial Foundation established in 1995. Her hobbies include golf, travel, interior decorating, cooking, and her two dogs. She is married to Frank E. Lawson of The Lawson Roofing Company in San Francisco.
